طبيعة الخدمة Service Nature

Picks هي منصة تواصل اجتماعي تربط المستخدمين بالأنشطة التجارية من خلال نظام المراجعات والتقييمات. يمكن للمستخدمين البحث عن الأنشطة التجارية، قراءة المراجعات، وكتابة تقييماتهم الخاصة لمشاركة تجاربهم مع الآخرين. Picks is a social media platform that connects users with businesses through reviews and ratings. Users can search for businesses, read reviews, and write their own reviews to share their experiences with others.

الأهلية Eligibility

يجب أن تكون بعمر 13 سنة أو أكثر أو بلوغ سن الرشد في بلدك لاستخدام المنصة. إذا كنت تحت سن 18، يجب الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر. You must be 13 years or older or the age of majority in your country to use the platform. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

معلومات الجهاز Device Information

نجمع معلومات حول جهازك بما في ذلك: We collect information about your device including:

• نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل: لضمان توافق التطبيق وتحسين الأداء Device type and operating system: To ensure app compatibility and improve performance
• عنوان IP: لتحديد الموقع التقريبي وتقديم محتوى محلي IP address: To determine approximate location and provide local content
• معرف الجهاز: لمنع الاحتيال وضمان الأمان Device identifier: To prevent fraud and ensure security

معلومات الاتصال Contact Information

نجمع معلومات الاتصال الأساسية عند التسجيل: We collect basic contact information during registration:

• البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف للتسجيل والتواصل Email or phone number for registration and communication
• الاسم أو اسم المستخدم لإنشاء الملف الشخصي Name or username to create your profile

التفاعلات Interactions

نسجل تفاعلاتك على المنصة مثل: We record your interactions on the platform such as:

• المتابعات والاشتراكات في الأنشطة التجارية Follows and subscriptions to businesses
• المراجعات والتقييمات التي تكتبها Reviews and ratings you write
• الإعجابات والتفاعلات مع المحتوى Likes and interactions with content

المحتوى المعروض Viewed Content

نتتبع المحتوى الذي تشاهده لتخصيص تجربتك وتحسين التوصيات. We track the content you view to personalize your experience and improve recommendations.

تخصيص التجربة Experience Personalization

نستخدم بياناتك لتخصيص تجربتك من خلال: We use your data to personalize your experience through:

• عرض الأنشطة التجارية القريبة والمناسبة لاهتماماتك Showing nearby businesses that match your interests
• تقديم توصيات مخصصة بناءً على تفضيلاتك Providing personalized recommendations based on your preferences
• تحسين ترتيب نتائج البحث Improving search result rankings

الأمان والحماية Security and Safety

نستخدم بياناتك للحفاظ على أمان المنصة من خلال: We use your data to maintain platform security through:

• كشف ومنع الحسابات الوهمية والنشاط المشبوه Detecting and preventing fake accounts and suspicious activity
• مراقبة المحتوى المخالف للسياسات Monitoring content that violates policies
• حماية المستخدمين من الإزعاج والمحتوى الضار Protecting users from harassment and harmful content

المشاركة مع الأنشطة التجارية Sharing with Businesses

المراجعات فقط Reviews Only

يمكن للمستخدمين نشر المراجعات والتقييمات للأنشطة التجارية فقط. لا يُسمح بنشر محتوى عام أو منشورات شخصية غير مرتبطة بتقييم الأنشطة التجارية. Users can only post reviews and ratings for businesses. General content or personal posts not related to business reviews are not permitted.

السلوكيات المحظورة Prohibited Behaviors

يُمنع منعاً باتاً القيام بأي من السلوكيات التالية: The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• السلوك السلبي: التنمر، المضايقة، أو التهديد للمستخدمين الآخرين أو الأنشطة التجارية Negative Behavior: Bullying, harassment, or threatening other users or businesses
• المحتوى المسيء: اللغة البذيئة، المحتوى المهين، أو غير اللائق Abusive Content: Profanity, offensive, or inappropriate content
• جمع المعلومات: محاولة جمع معلومات شخصية عن المستخدمين الآخرين Information Collection: Attempting to collect personal information about other users
• المراجعات الكاذبة: كتابة مراجعات غير صادقة أو مضللة Fake Reviews: Writing dishonest or misleading reviews
• انتهاك القوانين: أي نشاط يخالف القوانين المحلية أو الدولية Legal Violations: Any activity that violates local or international laws

إجراءات المخالفة Violation Actions

في حالة مخالفة هذه الشروط، قد نتخذ الإجراءات التالية: In case of violation of these terms, we may take the following actions:

• تحذير المستخدم وطلب تصحيح السلوك Warning the user and requesting behavior correction
• تقييد مؤقت لميزات الحساب Temporary restriction of account features
• تعليق الحساب مؤقتاً أو نهائياً Temporary or permanent account suspension
• الإبلاغ للسلطات المختصة في الحالات الخطيرة Reporting to relevant authorities in serious cases

دقة المعلومات Information Accuracy

حدود المسؤولية Liability Limitations

لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن: We are not liable for:

• أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة قد تنتج عن استخدام المنصة Any direct or indirect damages that may result from using the platform
• الأضرار الناتجة عن التفاعل مع الأنشطة التجارية أو المستخدمين الآخرين Damages resulting from interaction with businesses or other users
• فقدان البيانات أو انقطاع الخدمة Data loss or service interruptions
• المحتوى أو السلوك المخالف من قبل المستخدمين الآخرين Inappropriate content or behavior by other users

توفر الخدمة Service Availability

نسعى لتوفير الخدمة بشكل مستمر، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات للصيانة أو التحديثات أو لأسباب تقنية. لا نضمن عدم انقطاع الخدمة أو خلوها من الأخطاء. We strive to provide continuous service, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

تعليق وإلغاء الحسابات Account Suspension and Termination

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء أي حساب في أي وقت وبدون إشعار مسبق إذا اشتبهنا في: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if we suspect:

• انتهاك شروط الاستخدام أو سياسات المنصة Violation of terms of use or platform policies
• استخدام معلومات كاذبة أو مضللة Use of false or misleading information
• النشاط المشبوه أو الضار Suspicious or harmful activity
• محاولة الإضرار بالمنصة أو المستخدمين الآخرين Attempting to harm the platform or other users

إجراءات الاستئناف Appeal Process

إذا تم تعليق حسابك، يمكنك تقديم طلب استئناف عبر البريد الإلكتروني خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ التعليق. سنراجع طلبك ونرد خلال 7-14 يوم عمل. If your account is suspended, you can submit an appeal via email within 30 days of the suspension date. We will review your request and respond within 7-14 business days.

تعديل الشروط Terms Modification

التنبيهات Notifications

قد نرسل إشعارات حول التغييرات المهمة عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني، لكن هذا ليس إلزاماً. من مسؤوليتك مراجعة الشروط بانتظام. We may send notifications about important changes through the app or email, but this is not mandatory. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

القانون المطبق Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام المنصة سيتم حله من خلال المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

اتفاقية كاملة Complete Agreement

تمثل هذه الشروط الاتفاقية الكاملة بيننا وبينك بخصوص استخدام المنصة وتلغي أي اتفاقيات سابقة. These terms represent the complete agreement between us and you regarding the use of the platform and supersede any previous agreements.
