طبيعة الخدمة Service Nature

Picks هي منصة تواصل اجتماعي تربط المستخدمين والأنشطة التجارية من خلال نظام المراجعات والتقييمات. يمكن لجميع المستخدمين البحث عن الأنشطة التجارية، قراءة المراجعات، كتابة التقييمات، النشر، التفاعل مع المحتوى، والاشتراك في الخدمات المدفوعة للحصول على ميزات إضافية. Picks is a social media platform connecting users and businesses through reviews and ratings. All users can search for businesses, read reviews, write reviews, post content, interact with content, and subscribe to paid services for additional features.

الأهلية Eligibility

يجب أن تكون بعمر 13 سنة أو أكثر لاستخدام المنصة. إذا كنت تحت سن 18، يجب الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر. للتسجيل كنشاط تجاري، يجب أن تكون 21 سنة أو أكثر وتمثل نشاطاً تجارياً شرعياً ومرخصاً. You must be 13 years or older to use the platform. If under 18, parental consent is required. To register as a business, you must be 21 years or older and represent a legitimate licensed business.

ملكية البيانات والمحتوى Data Ownership & Content

حقوق الملكية الكاملة Complete Ownership Rights

جميع البيانات والمحتوى الذي تنشره على المنصة يصبح ملكاً خالصاً لـ Picks. هذا يشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: المراجعات، التقييمات، الصور، مقاطع الفيديو، التعليقات، المنشورات، البيانات الشخصية، معلومات النشاط التجاري، وأي محتوى آخر. بنشرك لأي محتوى، فإنك تمنح Picks ترخيصاً عالمياً دائماً وغير قابل للإلغاء وغير حصري ومجاني لاستخدام وتعديل وتوزيع ونشر وعرض هذا المحتوى بأي طريقة نراها مناسبة. All data and content you post on the platform becomes the sole property of Picks. This includes but is not limited to: reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, posts, personal data, business information, and any other content. By posting any content, you grant Picks a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, publish, and display this content in any manner we deem appropriate.

عندما تقوم بأي تفاعل على المنصة (الإعجاب، المتابعة، الاشتراك، الإشارة، المراجعة، التعليق، أو أي تفاعل آخر)، سيتم إظهار هذا التفاعل للمستخدم أو النشاط التجاري المعني. جميع أنشطتك على المنصة قد تكون مرئية للآخرين وفقاً لإعدادات الخصوصية. بعض التفاعلات عامة بطبيعتها ولا يمكن إخفاؤها. When you perform any interaction on the platform (like, follow, subscribe, mention, review, comment, or any other interaction), this interaction will be shown to the relevant user or business. All your activities on the platform may be visible to others according to privacy settings. Some interactions are public by nature and cannot be hidden.

تحذير: أي روابط (URLs) معروضة على المنصة قد تكون خطيرة. لا نتحقق من سلامة الروابط المنشورة من قبل المستخدمين أو الأنشطة التجارية. قد تحتوي الروابط على برامج ضارة، فيروسات، محتوى احتيالي، أو مواقع تصيد. استخدامك لأي رابط هو على مسؤوليتك الكاملة. نحن لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار تنتج عن النقر على أي رابط أو زيارة أي موقع خارجي مشار إليه على منصتنا. Warning: Any URLs displayed on the platform may be dangerous. We do not verify the safety of links posted by users or businesses. Links may contain malware, viruses, fraudulent content, or phishing sites. Your use of any link is entirely at your own risk. We bear no responsibility for any damages resulting from clicking any link or visiting any external site referenced on our platform.

نجمع ونحتفظ بجميع أنواع البيانات بما في ذلك: We collect and retain all types of data including:

معلومات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، عنوان IP، معرف الجهاز Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, device identifier
معلومات الاتصال: البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الاسم Contact Information: Email, phone number, name
بيانات الموقع: الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق والتقريبي Location Data: Precise and approximate geographic location
التفاعلات: المتابعات، الإعجابات، المراجعات، المشاهدات، السلوك التصفحي Interactions: Follows, likes, reviews, views, browsing behavior
المحتوى: جميع المنشورات والصور والفيديوهات والتعليقات Content: All posts, photos, videos, and comments
البيانات المالية: معلومات الدفع والاشتراكات والمعاملات Financial Data: Payment information, subscriptions, transactions
أي بيانات أخرى تنتج عن استخدامك للمنصة بأي طريقة Any other data resulting from your use of the platform in any way

الخدمات المدفوعة والمدفوعات Premium Services & Payments

الاشتراكات المدفوعة Paid Subscriptions

جميع المستخدمين والأنشطة التجارية يمكنهم الاشتراك في الخدمات المدفوعة للحصول على ميزات إضافية. الاشتراكات متوفرة بفترات متنوعة (شهرية، ربع سنوية، نصف سنوية، سنوية). جميع المدفوعات مستحقة مقدماً وبالكامل. التجديد تلقائي ما لم يتم الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة من انتهاء الفترة. All users and businesses can subscribe to paid services for additional features. Subscriptions are available in various periods (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual). All payments are due in advance and in full. Automatic renewal unless cancelled 48 hours before period expiration.

سياسة عدم الاسترداد المطلقة Absolute No Refund Policy

جميع المدفوعات والرسوم نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد تحت أي ظروف. هذا يشمل وليس محدود بـ: عدم الاستخدام، إلغاء الحساب، انتهاك الشروط، عدم الرضا عن الخدمة، الأخطاء التقنية، فقدان الميزات، تعليق الحساب، أو أي أسباب أخرى. هذه السياسة مطلقة ولا استثناءات عليها. All payments and fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: non-use, account cancellation, terms violation, service dissatisfaction, technical errors, loss of features, account suspension, or any other reasons. This policy is absolute with no exceptions.

نحن لا نضمن ولا نتعهد ولا نكفل بأي شكل من الأشكال: دقة أي معلومات، صحة المراجعات، سلامة الروابط، جودة الخدمات، توفر المنصة، أمان البيانات، عدم وجود أخطاء، النتائج المحققة، زيادة العملاء، زيادة المبيعات، الأرباح، أو أي نتائج أخرى. المنصة مقدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات. We do not guarantee, warrant, or ensure in any way: accuracy of any information, validity of reviews, safety of links, quality of services, platform availability, data security, absence of errors, achieved results, increased customers, increased sales, profits, or any other results. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

حدود المسؤولية المطلقة Absolute Liability Limitations

لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن: We are not liable for:

أي خسائر مالية أو أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة Any financial losses or direct or indirect damages
جودة أو سلامة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من الأنشطة التجارية Quality or safety of products and services from businesses
أي نزاعات بين المستخدمين أو مع الأنشطة التجارية Any disputes between users or with businesses
دقة أو اكتمال أي معلومات معروضة Accuracy or completeness of any displayed information
أي أضرار ناتجة عن الروابط الخارجية أو المحتوى الضار Any damages from external links or harmful content
فقدان البيانات، اختراق الحسابات، أو أي مشاكل أمنية Data loss, account breaches, or any security issues

مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية محدودة بمبلغ الاشتراك المدفوع فقط (إن وجد). Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid only (if any).

إدارة الحسابات Account Management

حقوقنا المطلقة Our Absolute Rights

نحتفظ بحقوق مطلقة وحصرية في: تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب فوراً ودون إشعار أو استرداد، تعديل أو إزالة أي محتوى، تغيير شروط الخدمة أو الأسعار، وقف الخدمة مؤقتاً أو دائمياً، لأي سبب نراه مناسباً أو بدون سبب. لا يحق لك أي تعويض في حالة تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك. We reserve absolute and exclusive rights to: suspend or terminate any account immediately without notice or refund, modify or remove any content, change service terms or pricing, suspend service temporarily or permanently, for any reason we deem appropriate or without reason. You are not entitled to any compensation if your account is suspended or terminated.

السلوكيات المحظورة Prohibited Behaviors

يُمنع منعاً باتاً: التنمر، المضايقة، المحتوى المسيء، المعلومات الكاذبة، المراجعات الزائفة، جمع معلومات المستخدمين، انتهاك القوانين، أو أي سلوك نراه غير مناسب. Strictly prohibited: Bullying, harassment, abusive content, false information, fake reviews, collecting user information, legal violations, or any behavior we deem inappropriate.

تعديل الشروط Terms Modification

حق التعديل المطلق Absolute Modification Rights

نحتفظ بالحق المطلق في تعديل أو تغيير أو إضافة أو حذف أي من هذه الشروط في أي وقت ولأي سبب دون إشعار مسبق. أي تعديلات تدخل حيز التنفيذ فور نشرها. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد أي تعديل يُعتبر موافقة صريحة وملزمة على الشروط المعدلة. من مسؤوليتك الكاملة مراجعة هذه الشروط بانتظام. We reserve the absolute right to modify, change, add, or delete any of these terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Any modifications take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use after any modification constitutes explicit and binding agreement to the modified terms. It is your complete responsibility to review these terms regularly.

المعلومات القانونية Legal Information

القانون المطبق Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع سيتم حله حصرياً من خلال المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية. تمثل هذه الشروط الاتفاقية الكاملة والحصرية بيننا وبينك. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia. These terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between us and you.
